Return and Cancellation Policy

All of our pieces are custom made-to-order, returns and cancellations are subject to the following guidelines:

Deposits

• Deposits are refundable only if production has not yet started.

• Once production has begun, deposits are non-refundable as they are used toward labor and materials.​

COM (Customer's Own Material)

• If your fabric has not been cut, we will return the unused fabric to you.

• If your fabric has already been cut, we cannot refund fabric costs. Once the canceled item is resold, we will reimburse you for the value of the fabric used.

Completed Orders

• Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once completed and delivered, unless defective or not made to the agreed specifications.
